[While Oikawa takes everything in, he tries to shift himself to finally settle on the floor. His arms move to rest on the floor, elbows bending so his hands can press against Oikawa's ribs, rub up and down over the skin in slow motions.
That halts just as suddenly as it started when Oikawa starts moving properly this time though and his hands instead shift up, shakily smoothing over his skin as he puffs out his breath. His mouth opens slightly to make it easier to breathe, and his thumbs finally reach out enough to rub over Oikawa's nipples, trying to offer him a little more while he's still aware of how everything feels and what is happening. He still has enough control to do this.]
