[He honestly has no idea what to do with himself. There's a lot of sudden insecurity over just what Oikawa's done now. He's not an idiot, and he's well aware that past girlfriends mean kisses and other things that come with it (honestly, he never let his mind linger on any of that much anyway, not even for himself) but now he's down there already he's starting to feel a little panic for whether he's supposed to know what to do with any of this.
Yet he also hates the idea of admitting it at the same time, so in the end he just freezes and tries to remember to breathe. He massages Oikawa's scalp instead, follows the way his hair flicks with his fingertips to try and hide the shakiness there. In the end only one hand sticks, the other instead shifting up to cover his arms, arm flattening out over his face.
