[The heart shaped patterns are easy to make out when his skin feels hyper sensitive right now. What concerns he'd had when they first fell asleep seem to be coming back now, especially now they're warm again. It's not even to do with anything sexual, just the fact that he knows now that the touches are with more in mind. They're not a best friend's touches, they're much more than that.
